Mr. Hardik Vora is a well-known advocate for Tax Litigation in Gujarat. His educational background stands strong with L.L.B. degree from Sir L.A. Shah Law College of Gujarat University (2011), Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (2005) and B.Com. from H. L. College of Commerce of Gujarat University (2004).

Mr. Vora specialises in Direct Tax, all verticals of Indirect Tax and his expertise extends to Real Estate Sector as well. He regularly appears before the High Court of Gujarat arguing for and representing his clients in writ petitions, appeals and other disputes. Along with the High Court, he appears in various other forums including Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Central Administrative Tribunal, Central Excise Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, commissioner appeals, National Company Law Tribunal, Stock Exchange Board of India, Real Estate Regulatory Authority and Goods and service tax matters.

Mr. Voraâ€™s extra ordinary expertise in Tax Litigation is based on wide experience of more than 10 years. He has represented the State of Gujarat before the Gujarat High Court as an Assistant Government Pleader for almost two years. As Chartered Accountant he has worked with ICICI Bank in Treasury Research Team gaining knowledge of Corporate Banking and Global Markets and also worked with Reliance Industries Limited as a manager of Finance and Accounts.
